Rockstar Idol - a NSFW Rhythm game (demo)
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Rockstar Idol is a rhythm-based game where your main goal is to impress Hitori, your childhood friend who is also the most famous Idol and is in the city after years without not seeing each other. But: why you have to impress her? Well, she wants to become -closer- to you. It is a long story, but she challenges you to play a game and, if you hit perfect notes in your guitar, she will let you take one of her clothes...What will happen after you take all of them 🧐...?
Rockstar Idol is actually being crafted by a small Indie studio, this is our second project that we aim to fund with Kickstarter. Also, this is our second try to fund this project. For the relaunch campaign we have adjusted our budgets and we aim to get only what is necessary to finish and publish the game on Steam. We also have released a second version of the game demo which contains important improvements since the last demo version (thanks for your feedback).

Hi, i enjoyed playing the game, but i got an issue with the performance :(, the game just works so laggy on my pc, i am able to play it cuz im so skilled on vsrg to be honest, but it was impossible for me to impress her "final form" and watch her naked hahaha, also i gotta say that my computer is pretty decent for yknow; "not so demanding gaming", and i think a rhythm game should work at high fps for a better experience :P. Without that, i loved the game, thanks for sharing :).
Hello, thanks for your comments! We're working to optimize the performance of the final version, although the game it's not so demanding the true is that there are to many particles and effects that uses a good amount of resources, but do not worry, we will do as much as posible to optimize the performance.
Hey, buddy, I don't know if you noticed, but one of the songs that is good is the BGM.. and I don't see any links.
I could've missed this dubstep EDM if I just kept playing and returning to keep my pride of my Rhythm Game capabilities. (Albeit I never was one to begin with)

No, no.. after "Dumb As A Rock", there's this other BGM that plays.
Esta muy bueno y tiene mucho potencial, lo único que lo mata de momento es que solo hay 4 canciones, y siento que se puede mejorar con el aspecto rítmico y como encajan las notas en la canción, falta pulir un poco, otra cosa, no se si van a hacer que sea fácil de modear, juegos como estos se benefician mucho del contenido de la comunidad, solo miren a cosas como OSU o FNF. por ultimo, deberian hacer un parche censurado para los streamers. beneficiaria mucho el juego.

since this is a guitar rhythm game, you should add an extra stage with the song "everything will freeze" by undead corporation

playing the last level isn't about the content anymore, its about your pride as a rhythm game player

A cool rhythm game, not very difficult, but it holds a little tension. I will follow further development and more tracks

For a demo, I was quite impressed with what you have. You earned my follow! That being said, I feel the actual rhythm game portion could use some refining. Mostly with the notes matching up with the music (this is most heavily felt in Dumb as a Rock). I can't wait to see where you take this project!
The game’s performance is a bit weak, during the game it randomly freeze and make it impossible hit toes notes.

We are adding an option to disable hard-gpu tasks like particles and illumination, in order to increase performance in low specs hardware.

Hey, I'm not all that familiar with rhythm games and the layout is really confusing me. With the separated pairs of keys, I end up trying to press the wrong one because in my head all the keys are right next to each other. I keep hitting D or J when I should be hitting K and S. An option to switch to a control method with all the keys together would be very nice, maybe ASDF or HJKL or something like that.

I gotta say this game is pretty damn good. I play alot of rhythm games but this one really captures that feeling most people look for in rhythm games. Especially feels nice when you are on a big streak and the "starpower" kicks in on beat.
I like this game a lot. It's very cutesy. The music is pretty good. I'm interested in seeing what else is in store. Good luck on the campaign, dude. You got something good here.
P.S. I think Player-Kun should strip when they fail the song. It's only fair! LOL LOL LOL :P
i love this game .One thing i want to say is there a lot of flash light on the bg and it make my eye hurt but nice game.

Oh... 😢 Right now there is a lot of grinding for no sex scene, but, it's cool anyway... the gameplay is fun enough to make up for it and the game idea/premise is awesome!!
